HOW ORDERING AND FULFILLMENT WORKS
Every TechGeeksApparel product is made to order. When you place an order, production begins immediately, your item is not sitting in a warehouse waiting. This means two time windows apply to every order:
- Fulfillment time: the production window before your item ships. Varies by product, see each section below.
- Shipping time: the transit window after your item leaves the production facility. Shown in the tables below per country.
- Total delivery estimate = fulfillment time + shipping time. Always check the final estimate at checkout, which accounts for your specific product and destination.
Why made-to-order is better
Made-to-order means no overstock, no waste, and every item is printed fresh. The trade-off is slightly longer delivery times compared to pre-stocked retailers. For most destinations, total delivery from order to door is 10–18 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTES AND DISCLAIMERS
All delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, public holidays, and high-volume periods (such as November–December) can extend delivery times beyond the estimates shown.
- Final shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your specific product, size, quantity and destination. The tables above are a guide, always verify at checkout before completing your order.
- Shipping costs are per shipment, not per product. The ‘each additional item’ rate applies when you order more than one item of the same product type in a single order. Mixed-product orders may be fulfilled from different facilities and shipped separately.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs shown.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US unincorporated territories may take an additional 7–12 business days beyond the standard US estimate.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours of the shipment being dispatched.
You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page.
