Products & Quality
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, which prints the design directly onto the fabric using water-based inks. DTG produces sharp, detailed prints with a wide colour range, far better than screen printing for complex, multi-colour designs. The result is a print that feels like part of the shirt, not a sticker sitting on top of it
Our t-shirts are made from 100% cotton, soft, breathable and built to last. Some styles use a cotton-polyester blend for additional durability and stretch. The exact fabric composition is listed on each product page.
DTG prints are designed to last when cared for correctly. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle, avoiding bleach and tumble drying on high heat. Following these steps preserves the print quality through hundreds of washes.
Yes. Every design in the TechGeeksApparel catalogue is original, created in-house and not available from any other retailer. We don’t resell generic print-on-demand designs. Each product is built around a specific joke, reference or cultural moment that the right audience will immediately recognise.
All products are made to order. When you place your order, production begins immediately, your item is printed, assembled and packaged specifically for your order. This approach means no stock sitting in a warehouse, and every item is freshly made to the highest standard.

All apparel is available in unisex sizing from Small through 5XL. We stock a full size chart at techgeeksapparel.com/size-chart/ with chest measurements, length and sleeve dimensions for every size. If you’re between sizes, our general recommendation is to size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a fitted look, especially on oversized hoodies which run intentionally large.
Most designs are absolutely workplace-appropriate, puns, references and in-jokes that only the right person will understand. A few designs are edgier and carry a disclaimer on the product page. We’d recommend reading the product description before buying for a formal professional context. When in doubt, the description will tell you.
Sizing & Fit

To measure yourself, use a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Match your chest measurement to the size chart. All sizes are listed in both inches and centimetres.
Yes, our standard t-shirts fit true to size with a classic unisex cut, not slim fit, not boxy. They’re designed to work for all body types. If you prefer a looser look, size up. Our size chart has exact chest and length measurements for every size from S to 5XL.
Our oversized hoodies are intentionally cut larger than standard sizing, that’s the design, not a mistake. If you want the intended oversized look, order your normal size. If you prefer a more fitted hoodie silhouette, size down by one. Check the product page for specific measurements.
Yes. All apparel is designed as unisex, the same cut fits all body types and is not gendered. Sizing runs from Small through 5XL. We don’t have separate men’s or women’s sizing; the unisex fit is our standard across the entire catalogue.
If you receive the wrong size due to our error, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send the correct size. If you ordered the wrong size yourself, please reach out and we’ll assess the situation, our goal is to make sure you end up with something that fits. Yes. Mugs come in 11oz and 15oz, the 11oz is the standard coffee mug size and the 15oz is a larger capacity mug. Desk mats come in three sizes: 12×18 inches, 12×22 inches (compact) and 16×32 inches (full desk coverage). All sizes are listed on every product page with dimensions in both inches and centimetres.
Ordering & Payment
Browse the catalogue, select your item, choose your size and colour (where applicable), and click ‘Add to Cart.’ When you’re ready, go to the cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll enter your shipping address and choose a payment method. Orders are confirmed by email immediately after checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted checkout, your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Yes. Our checkout is fully SSL-encrypted. Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard payment processors, the same infrastructure used by major e-commerce platforms worldwide.
Yes. We run promotions periodically, including the current sitewide discount on t-shirts. The best way to stay informed is to subscribe to our newsletter, which also includes an immediate 10% discount on your first order. Discount codes are applied at checkout in the ‘Coupon Code’ field.
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Check your spam folder if the confirmation doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
Orders enter production immediately after being placed, which means cancellations aren’t typically possible once confirmed. If you’ve just placed an order and need to cancel, contact us at info@techgeeksapparel.com as quickly as possible, we’ll do our best to catch it before production begins, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Address changes can sometimes be accommodated if you contact us before the order ships. Size or product changes are not possible after production has started. Contact info@techgeeksapparel.com immediately with your order number if you need to make any modification, and we’ll let you know what’s still possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Production takes 1–3 business days. After production is complete, your order is handed to the shipping carrier. US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders vary by destination, see the full delivery estimates on our Shipping page at techgeeksapparel.com/shipping-and-delivery-policy/.
Yes. We ship worldwide to most countries. A small number of destinations are excluded due to carrier limitations or import restrictions. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll confirm whether delivery is possible.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it at techgeeksapparel.com/track-order/ to monitor your shipment. If the tracking link isn’t updating, allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package into the system.
First, check your tracking number for the latest update. Then verify the delivery address on your confirmation email is correct. Check with neighbors and your local post office in case the package was left with them. If none of that resolves it, email info@techgeeksapparel.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Contact us at info@techgeeksapparel.com with your order number. Misdirected shipments are rare but do happen. We’ll liaise with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to ensure we can act on it effectively.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders, the current threshold is shown at checkout. International shipping rates vary by destination.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for certain destinations. If you need your order by a specific date, check the shipping options available to your location at checkout and factor in the 1–3 business day production time before your order ships.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrectly printed or you received the wrong product, we will replace it or refund it, no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
We’re sorry about that. Email info@techgeeksapparel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Please don’t return the item without contacting us first.
Refunds are issued when items arrive damaged, incorrectly printed or when the wrong product is sent. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your issue qualifies, contact us with evidence and we’ll process the refund quickly.
We don’t process formal exchanges because all products are made to order. If you received the wrong size due to our error, we’ll send the correct one. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 7 days, we’ll review the situation and find a fair resolution. Email info@techgeeksapparel.com with your order number.
Once your refund is approved, it’s processed within 3–5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days after processing. If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank before reaching out to us.
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days or your order is officially declared lost by the carrier, contact us. We’ll either resend the order or issue a full refund, your choice. Lost-in-transit cases must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Gifting

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping. Products are packaged securely for safe delivery and are perfectly presentable straight from the packaging, no additional wrapping needed. If you’d like to include a personal message, note that receipts are not included in shipments by default, so the recipient won’t see pricing.
No. We don’t include a physical receipt or price information in shipments. The recipient will receive only the product in its packaging. Order and pricing details are sent to your email address only.
If you’re unsure of the recipient’s size, a t-shirt is a safer bet than a hoodie, t-shirts are more forgiving. For developer t-shirts, most people buying blind tend to order one size larger than they’d guess. Yes. At checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address and your own email address for order confirmation. The order will ship directly to them with no pricing information included in the package.
For a birthday gift, the sweet spots are: a funny mug (universal, useful, always appreciated), a developer t-shirt matched to their specific discipline (more thoughtful than a generic ‘I love coding’ shirt), or a desk mat if they have a home office setup. Customs & International Orders
International orders (outside the USA) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are not under our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you’re concerned about additional charges.
We ship to most countries worldwide. A small number of destinations are excluded due to carrier restrictions or local import laws. The full list of supported countries is available at checkout when you enter your shipping address. If your country isn’t available, email info@techgeeksapparel.com and we’ll confirm whether delivery is possible.
International delivery times vary by destination. After production (1–3 business days), typical delivery windows are: UK and Europe: 7–14 business days; Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days; Rest of world: 10–25 business days. These are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance times in your country.
Yes. We ship to the UK, Australia, Canada and most other English-speaking countries. Standard international delivery applies, see estimated delivery times in the question above. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
All prices are displayed in USD by default. If you’re ordering from outside the USA, your payment will be converted to your local currency at your bank or payment provider’s exchange rate. No additional conversion fees are charged by us.
