Mixed product orders: If your order includes a mix of t-shirts, hoodies or other products, the discount applies to the total unit count across all product types. A mixed order of 15 t-shirts and 10 hoodies qualifies for the 20–49 unit tier.

Size Splits
Bulk orders can be split across any combination of available sizes. You specify the size breakdown when you submit your enquiry. If you are not sure of the split, the most common distribution for a general developer audience is:

How It Works
Submit your enquiry
Fill in the form below with your organisation, the designs you are interested in, approximate quantities and your size split if known. If you are not sure about quantities or sizes yet, submit what you have, we can work through the details together.
Receive a quote within 2 business days
We review your enquiry and send a detailed quote covering per-unit pricing, total order cost, estimated production timeline and shipping estimate to your location.
Confirm and pay
Once you are happy with the quote, we confirm the order details, send an invoice and collect payment. Orders are held in queue from the payment date.
Production and delivery
Production begins immediately after payment confirmation. Standard production time is 5–10 business days for bulk orders. Shipping time depends on your location, we will provide an estimated delivery window in your quote.
📅 Lead time planning
For time-sensitive orders, hackathons with a fixed date, bootcamp graduation ceremonies, product launches, contact us at least 3 weeks in advance. Rush orders may be possible for smaller quantities but cannot be guaranteed. Always build in buffer time.

Common Questions About Bulk Orders
What is the minimum order?
20 units. This can be a mix of products, for example 12 t-shirts and 8 hoodies counts as a 20-unit order and qualifies for the first discount tier.
Can I order multiple different designs?
Yes. A bulk order can include multiple designs across the same order. Specify which designs and quantities for each in the product details field when submitting your enquiry.
Can I split sizes across my order?
Yes, size splits are standard for bulk orders. Specify your breakdown in the enquiry form. If you are not sure of your split, see the suggested distribution on this page or ask us and we will advise based on typical developer audience profiles.
Do you offer custom or branded designs?
Not at this stage. Bulk orders are placed from the existing TechGeeksApparel catalogue. If you want a design that does not currently exist, you can submit a design idea via our Submit a Design Idea page, accepted designs enter the catalogue and can then be ordered in bulk.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Standard production is 5–10 business days from payment confirmation, plus shipping. For time-sensitive orders, contact us at least 3 weeks before your required date. We will include a production and delivery estimate in your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, your quote will include estimated delivery to your specific location.
Can I get a sample before placing a full bulk order?
Yes. You can order a single unit at the standard retail price before committing to a bulk order. This lets you check the print quality, sizing and feel before placing a larger order.
How do I pay for a bulk order?
We send an invoice once the quote is accepted. Payment is required before production begins. We accept standard payment methods, details are on the invoice.
Can you provide an invoice for company accounts?
Yes. Mention in your enquiry that you need a formal invoice and we will include your organisation details on the invoice document.
What if some items arrive damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will replace them at no additional cost.
